omg "class" today
Dec. 18th, 2006 12:46 pmMy butt hurts D: lol. I want a more comfy seat on my bike! Not that it would probably change much in the long run... Luckily my legs don't hurt at all, so we'll be doing another bike ride today if it isn't too cold :D
I really like getting in some exercise, and it also is Chris-time :) I've also been better with eating - we eat at the dinner table now instead of in front of the TV (so less mindless eating) and I've been trying to eat more slowly so I don't overeat. Doing well so far :) Somehow over the past couple of years I have gotten into this mode where I paid for this food, so if I don't eat it, it's going to waste... so I've been overeating, hence some of my weight gain. I need to learn that it isn't going to be any more useful if I throw it away or overeat, so if I did accidentally make too much, oh well! I'm not sure when that started, but I wish it hadn't!
Been working on my paper for BDIC. Decent progress so far - I have a lot of writing to do today though. Tomorrow I get to turn it in and complete my final project for the video class, then focus on studying for my Ethics test. Then I have nothing more to worry about, and the semester will be over! :D
Tomorrow if I remember, I hope to also talk to the people at the Asian Languages department and find out if I have my Japanese minor or not. I can still go early next semester, but I'd rather figure out sooner!
I logged on my priest this morning and vendored some old armor I won't need anymore (nature resist stuff, some fire resist stuff, etc). I really miss my priest :/ I can't wait for The Burning Crusade to come out and for my Draenei priest to be born!
Anyway I better get going, I have my "class" at 1:30 (I can't believe they scheduled class today - classes ended WEDNESDAY). I really hope it's warmish outside when I get home so we can go on a bike ride :D

Date: 2006-12-19 12:10 am (UTC)You've totally got the same ideas in your head as I do.
Don't forget you can save leftovers. :-P I have a hard time actually eating them, they just don't taste as good, and I've figured out that most of that is that when I reheat them I often don't make them warm enough, so the food cools fast and isn't as appealing.
I want a more comfy seat on my bike!
I have a wide gel seat on mine, it's reasonably comfy. Try adjusting the tilt of the seat. You can also buy bicycle shorts that have padding in the butt and crotch. Ugh, if it's this uncomfortable for us "innies" (girls) I feel bad for "outies" (guys)!

Date: 2006-12-19 12:17 am (UTC)I feel the same way about Leftovers - unless it is a certain type of food, I usually don't bother eating it myself. I was kind of spoiled about it at home since almost everything I ever brought home from a restaurant (or other leftovers from home) ended up getting eaten by my dad, not me! So I often ended up with something fresh to eat (or at least certain portions of it would be fresh - ie maybe the meat was from dinner yesterday, but we just cooked all the veggies and made some mashed potatos)
Still, some things I still really like heated up (BBQ pulled pork for example), others not so much. I'm trying to get over it though!
I'll see what I can do about the seat :) and some shorts might be helpful too! I went on the bike again today and it was really painful, haha, so we only went a short distance. Chris wasn't complaining as much as I was, but I'm not sure if that's because that's the way he is, or if he already went through that (when he was riding the bike earlier in the semester) and now it doesn't bother him anymore.

Date: 2006-12-19 01:04 am (UTC)My dad doesn't like leftovers, but my Mom does so she usually ate them.
Ever been tempted to tie a pillow to your bike seat? :-P
