ayashiI placed second at the Smash Bros. Melee tournament. It wasn't very big, but it was fun. Alex won of course (he was the winner at anime boston too) but I ALMOST beat him :D It was double elimination, I lost once (against Alex) but then I won through all the losers' bracket of the games, and he won everything, so I went against him and won one match, but I had to beat him again because he needed to be double eliminated, and I lost, but it is still something I'm very proud of :D
Now my name is going to be in the e-mail as the second place winner! I'm the only girl on the lists so far at all :D There have only been two so far, so yeah, but... :D
Anyway, ate dinner with Chris and two guys that are prospective band members, they might form a band depending on stuff, blahblah, they're going to jam on monday if they can (Chris needs to get his drumset) and that is pretty cool, happy for Chris since he has been wanting to be in a punk band ever since school started, and these people aren't like heavy dark evil punk, they want more happyish punk, which is what Chris wants to do, so he seems really happy, and Lester (the guy who put out the flyers) seemed nice and cool (and he's straight-edge which is even cooler), and the other guy I don't know much about, but he seemed nice too, so... yay.
Going to bed now, sooo tired. It's so late! Why can I never go to bed at a reasonable hour? Well tonight we watched Identity, which was an interesting movie, REALLY weird, not bad though, and now I should go because it is late and I'm tired and yay bed.
