Yay my financial aid award is AWESOME! It's even better than last year's... but it looks like tuition went up a whole assload too :( [so actually I don't think it's better than last year at all, it just went up because cost of attendence look like it went up about 2000, and they also got our expected family contribution wrong (it's over by $1000) so we're lucky the aid is as good as it is... dad says the amount written on the Aid Eligibility thing on spire was NOT what he put on the FASFA :/] Which is why I got a need-based tuition waiver for part of it, but holy shit! Cost of attendence was about 13,000 my first year, now it's up to 17,000. Thank god I'm not living in the dorms. However, one of my loans is unsubsidized (spelling sucks, probably) so I can't take it because I can't afford that! Nonetheless, it's not too bad.
Also VERY excited because I have this WHOLE weekend off which means lots and lots of Chris time for me!!!!!!! Well it was going to be a lot of Chris time anyway but I was going to be really disappointed if I had to work sunday :( and I don't! so yay!!!!!! I also have my birthday off. However I don't think I'll be able to spend it with my friends. (it's also mom's day off) But I am thinking (tentatively) inviting people over tuesday evening. This would be, Jared, Kendra, Kate... lol I guess that's it, since Roxy will still be in Japan and Chris of course will be back in CT since he's leaving monday morning. (sadness ;_;) Erin I think will be coming back sometime on Tuesday but umm... I don't know when :D; I get out of work at 4:30, so if someone can come and get me around that time people can come earlier... otherwise the bus arrives at 5:10 and I'll be back around 5:30.
Also, on sunday, Rich is probably coming over for a while which will be cool, to play games and stuff. I'm wondering where Chris is right now, [edit: he was at greg's and forgot to tell me, just called him because i was getting worried because it's like 11, because i worry a lot]
I have a shitty work day tomorrow, 11-7:30 :( crappers. Sooo long. I hate 8 hour days. 6 hours is so much more manageable to be absolutely bored out of my mind. At least it's shipment, so hopefully I'll be unpacking and building stuff...
Oh I forgot I was writing this... yeah. I'm SO BORED. I tried cleaning my room. I got a little done. I want to tackle the closet, but I'm not in the mood for the sniffles right now :( just want to talk to Chris and go to bed since I have that long day ahead of me tomorrow. Lucky I have Thursday off. May see Kendra Thursday but I'm not sure if that's going to happen now... we'll see though.
