Quickly before I get to my homework -

I set my alarm for 7:00 today. I woke up tired and changed it to 7:40. Fell back asleep... woke up at 9:05! Started to panic, was generally annoyed, and then started wondering why the hell my alarm didn't go off (this has happened before and it's always been distressing). I checked the alarm and it still said 7! wtf! I thought I changed it!

Then it dawns on me... I turn on my computer and my computer says it is still around 8:30. I changed the CLOCK instead of the alarm. Hence making me realize that having the Time and Alarm 1 buttons right next to each other and having nothing except difficulty of changing the time to differentiate them is a kind of bad design decision. (I even remember this morning wondering WHY it was so hard to change the time... ie I had to hit the time+ button multiple times to get it going and push down harder than normal.) I didn't notice since I woke up at 7, when the alarm when off, so the alarm should have been 7 - so when I accidentally clicked the clock button to change the time instead of the alarm 1 button, nothing looked off to me.

Sigh.

I've definitely done that before! This morning I set my alarm from 8 to 8:45 and I literally laid down for what felt like a second, before it was going off again. Ugh.
