ayashi | flash game is "done", and other stuff

So, the Flash project got handed in last night. It is pretty buggy :( but i think we did a good job overall. My biggest regret is that the credits that I spent quite some time on aren't in the game!! They're in the .fla file but not in the .swf :( so I hope we can add it in for the final showing. Also, level up and the shops aren't working. Shops would have taken two seconds >_< it worked with the old code, just a couple of tiny things need to be changed, and they weren't changed, and it makes me sad :(

Also, the story sections aren't working either, so much of my work can't be seen in the game. That makes me really happy! Oh wait, it doesn't. At least the help movie that I made works AND is in the game :(

Chris does want to try to get those in the game though for the final showing on thursday, so maybe we'll talk to the teachers and see if we can make some changes.

Anyways, not much else happened this weekend. It was pretty much working on the game and being driven crazy by doing so much work in a small period of time. I took WoW breaks when I didn't have anything else to do... and Kotton said he would help my mage get the Illusionary Rod, which would be awesome :) I've wanted and wanted and wanted to get one, but every time I've tried to go it has been the damn dagger :( It's nice for disenchant materials, I guess... >_>

Classes are almost over, I'm so excited :(

I also started a NE warrior on Eldre'Thalas last night, named Zanaysha (after my character in my/erin's/kendra's story! I also made a druid named Xylophilia (I thought that would be the most fitting one, since druids have a cat form SORT of like Xy and they can both heal and do damage) and a human rogue (obvious choice) named Asleyn. Maybe someday Kendra will play the game and I can let her have her character XD). It was really fun playing her, and I used the facial markings that people rarely use (a sort of butterflyish one, as opposed to the wing-ish one or the claw ones or the weird ones) and a face graphic that people rarely use (doesn't look like she is wearing lip color like some of the other ones) and she looks really neat. And of course her hair is white, just like Zanaysha :) I played from level 3-7.5ish with another warrior, and he was pretty nice. He has a paladin on another server. Maybe we can get him to join our guild, when we have a guild on that server :)

I'm really excited to play my priest on Eldre'Thalas and to be able to have a great group going again, like we did way back when on Mannoroth :( It looks good so far! We could have good groups almost no matter who was online!

Also Erin made a priest on Mannoroth, which is cool because Turin started a druid and Kotton started a mage :) That would also be a super group:

Erin: Priest (she is going shadow to deal damage, since if she didn't our dps would be... lacking :P)

No matter what, I am looking forward to the summer. I'm a little sad because I think Tendermuffin is going to join Aegis Order, and Mimus may be going with him to do that as well, since Chris and I haven't been playing very much lately :( which would pretty much cause me to not want to play much on Mannoroth at all, because I don't think I would want to go to Aegis Order with them since I'd want all my friends in the guild to go too, and I don't think they all would want to / if Daedeloth would necessarily allow that to happen :/

I would pretty much only do it in order to get all the epic items that drop from MC, and I don't really want to leave my friends in order to do that, but, blah.
