I HATE YOU FFX-2, GRR XO

ayashiok... you know what? it's back to good old leveling for me in ffx-2. okay, i died THREE TIMES in the past hour. i didn't even try the same places!! (and this particularly irritates me after hearing Bob say it was sooo easy :P well I must have skipped out on some handy leveling somewhere..)
the first time i was walking around this many many leveled place. i see this dragon thing... i walk up to it. battle. ok... it does 3000 damage in one hit, and my characters have like 1000 hit points :D so i died almost instantly.
the second time i went to the thunder plains to do a mission... i beat the boss and the mission! yay! but then i went down the hole and some machina beat me up. i ran away. but i was distracted by the computer and forgot yuna and paine were dead and rikku had low hp. i got into another battle and rikku died before i even really had the chance to tell her to run.
the second time i was like "SCREW THE SIDE QUESTS I'M GOING IN" and i get to the first boss there and I die, what do you know.
so... no more trying to actually do stuff in ffx-2. i'm going to just level... not that i want to play now since i've wasted the last 2 hours "playing" the game.
my paychecks from cppa came in the mail today :D $200 exactly. So I'm VERY happy about that and I'll be depositing it soon! Today I went to GameStop and I bought Chris the second half of his birthday present, and since it was buy 2 get one free obviously I had to get two more! I got GTA: Vice City and Fire Emblem for the GBA. It was only like $40 too... Okay so now I am just sitting here, listening to the FFX-2 opening music because it's pretty and other than that, well I'm doing very little.
I cleaned some of my room today... maybe I'll continue doing that :/
Today was so nice in that I had NO WORK. Too bad I have to go back tomorrow :( arg, at least it's money though. (money that will likely be spent on apartment stuff, but hopefully other than a mattress those costs won't be too high) My mom said we might be able to use the mattress in my brother's room since it's the right size (because he lives with Shannon now) but he's a smoker, so if it smells like smoke of course I'm not going to be able to take it... we'll see though!
Okay, room cleaning time :| I hope the storm goes away soon.
