Oct. 7th, 2004 09:02 amYesterday wasn't so bad. A total failure on the Warcraft III front though... didn't win a single game last night. Oh well though. Thinking perhaps in the future we'll come up with a better strat that we all can use, in the end with me going to bears while chris has wind riders and maybe bloodlust, and rich having casters. Just would need to really handle the transition correctly so we wouldn't be caught with tons of units with no meat (the bears), because in that case we'd be really messed up :( and I need to try to focus more on microing the bears, especially keeping a couple of them in Night Elf form so I can cast Rejuv.
Anyway, had Dean's Book yesterday morning. (I say that and think "Wow that was just yesterday?") Now I don't have it for the next two wednesdays which is ridiculous and I hate it. After that I went to work and worked on putting labels on envelopes, then went to Physics with Chris. I think I mostly did readings for Violence during that which is bad >< I need to try to get those done earlier so I'm not doing them during class.
After Physics it was time for Violence. The class was interesting in the beginning because they talked about the "stabbing" which may or may not have been a stabbing and more of a "cut on the neck", but anyway that was kind of interesting. Then there was some discussion on one of the readings, then toward the end of the class I was having a rough time keeping my head off the desk, I started to get really tired... After Violence, Chris went to Comp Sci for a meeting and I went to the Campus Center and ate something quick... then went to wait for Chris by the elevator for the 5:00 meeting for the Autumn Event. Mikaela (I think that's how her name is spelled) from Violence in American Culture was there. She's from Pittsfield and seemed really nice. She said Ventura Perez (Violence teacher) also gave her a little talk about speaking more in class (at the end of class he told me "talk more!") but explained that she is a social moron, which I am too so I can relate :P So we talked for a few minutes, she was there for training for rape counseling which is what she's doing for her community service.
Went to training until 5:30 and then I left early to go to 3D modeling. We learned how to do hands and then started to learn the face. I guess that's it :D I'm sick of writing this now and I need to finish my Physics lab.
