Apr. 8th, 2004 05:01 pmPretty much have my schedule set up.
Electronic Still Photography - TuTh - 8:00am-10:45am (arg, so early)
Chinese History - MWF - MW 9:05am-9-55am F 12:20pm-1:25pm (arg so early again... but tolerable early)
Interactive Web Animation - TuTh - 4:00pm-5:15pm
Interactive Multimedia Production - TuTh - 2:30-3-15
3D Modeling - MW - 5:30pm-7:00pm
Social Issues in Computing (writing requirement) - MWF - 10:10am-11:00am
TA for CmpSci 391 - TuTh - 1:00-2:15
For a total of 21 credits!
Pretty excited... Taking Chinese history, web animation, and multimedia production with Chris (the latter 2 are electives for him, required for me, the first is our history gen-ed). Probably taking 3D modeling with Kendra since she sounded interested :D
I talked to Shaun today (one of the 391 instructors) about what the TA thing means. Basically I need 3 hours of office hours which no one goes to, during which I can work on my projects for my other computer graphics classes. Aside from that I'll be teaching one or two of the lectures on whatever (preapproved) topic I want, helping set up things, grading homework, maybe helping them create in-class exercises, I have to go to class everyday (oh no, because I don't do that anyway)... and I'll be TAing along with Mike P. who is also in the same class (if he accepts). Anyway, it isn't a lot of work, and it's 3 more credits toward my BDIC (it counts as a 500-level course). So that's why I feel comfortable with taking 21 credits :D
And all I have to say is thank GOD there's no more Japanese, augh.
Anyway I have more work to do before video game club, so guess I'm done here now.
